Pro-artist tip: After wetting MOB M41 Cake Liner to get a wet thick-paste consistency, dip the MOB 01 Brush into the pan and coat both sides. Press and wiggle the brush into the root of the lashes in a u201cstampingu201d motion and repeat across the entire lash line.
